Mazar-e-Quaid, Jinnah Mausoleum or the National Mausoleum refers to the tomb of the founder of Pakistan, Muhammad Ali Jinnah. It is an iconic symbol of Karachi throughout the world. The mausoleum , completed in the 1960s, is situated at the heart of the city. It is the final resting place and mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah, founder of Pakistan and is located in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.The location is usually calm and tranquil which is significant considering that it is in the heart of one of the largest global megalopolises. The glowing tomb can be seen for miles at night. Besides Jinnah, Fatima Jinnah, his sister, and Liaquat Ali Khan, the first Prime Minister of Pakistan, are also buried here. Official and military ceremonies take place here on special occasions, such as on the 23rd of March , the 14th of August , the 11th of September and the 25th of December . Dignitaries and officials from foreign countries also visit the mausoleum during official tours.

Bilawal House, is the personal residence of Ms. Ghinwa and her children. It was built after the marriage of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto and was named after the birth of their first son, "Bilawal Bhutto Zardari." It is located on Khayaba-e-Saadi, Karachi. After Benazir Bhutto returned to Pakistan in 2007 from exile, she again stayed in Bilawal House.70 Clifton is the house which was built by Shaheed Zulifiqar Ali Bhutto and was his official and personal residence of Bhutto Family. After distribution of wealth, it came into the share of Shaheed Murtaza Bhutto. Family of Murtaza Bhutto i.e. his wife, Ghinwa Bhutto, their son Zulifiqar Junior and daughter Fatima Bhutto are now living in Bilawal House. It was the residence of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, the President of Pakistan in the early 1970s. Bhutto's daughter, the late Prime Minister of Pakistan, Benazir Bhutto, later resided in the house during her house arrest and also in the late 1980s and mid 1990s.The house is situated at 70 Clifton Road, in the affluent area of Clifton, in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. Murtaza Bhutto, the elder son of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, also lived in Bilawal House and was assassinated in 1996 near the main gate. Currently, the house is owned by Murtaza's widow Ghinwa, where she lives with her children Fatima Bhutto and Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, jr.

Nazimabad was developed starting in 1952 to settle Muslim refugees in Pakistan. This suburb was named after Khawaja Nazimuddin who was the second Governor-General of Pakistan, and later the second Prime Minister of Pakistan as well. It resides in the central part of Karachi. In late 1958, the northern area of Nazimabad, was to be developed as Taimooria by Karachi Improvement Trust (KIT). The name North Nazimabad became popular and was later adopted instead of Taimooria[3]. North Nazimabad was developed as a residential area for federal government employees. But in the early 1960s the capital of Pakistan was transferred from Karachi to newly developed capital Islamabad. There are several ethnic groups in Nazimabad including Muhajirs, Sindhis, Kashmiris, Seraikis, Pakhtuns, Balochis, Memons, Bohras, Ismailis, etc. Over 99% of the population is Muslim. The population of Nazimabad is estimated to be nearly one million. Nazimabad is divided into five residential blocks with two additional blocks are made bus stops namely Nazimabad Block 6 and Nazimabad Block 7. Block 1-5 is only for residential. The Block 4 of Nazimabad has the largest category of plots with size ranging from 240-2000 sq. yards. After devolution plan for municipalities was implemented in 2001, Karachi Division was divided into 18 towns. A large part of Nazimabad was made part of the Liaquatabad Town. While North Nazimabad was named as one of the towns of Karachi. Block 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7 were made part of Liaquatabad Town while block 5 and locality of Paposh Nagar was made part of North Nazimabad Town. Naya Nazimabad is a new gated housing project in Nazimabad Town[4]. This project is located near Sakhi Hassan neighborhood[5].
