Basic Perception Legal Research Institute of Pakistan (LRIP) is inclined to convince the international community of states to develop Pakistan as a state conceived by Mr. Muhammad Ali Jinnah who was the founder and the first Governor General of Pakistan. LRIP is also inclined to convince international community to support and develop Pakistan in view of national policy evolved and represented by Mr. Liaquat Ali Khan, the first honorable Prime minister of Pakistan in his address to the U.S. Senate on May 4th, 1950 and to other noble gatherings during his first official foreign visit to the United States and other Western Countries. LRIP has the intention to persuade and remind policy makers in Pakistan to organize the state policy which is honest, based on fair play and is committed to the world peace. LRIP is also inclined to persuade policy makers to engage stakeholders in fair dialogue on the issues of common interest in accordance with international law, however if a law requires clarity, repeal, improvement, development or an amendment then such law may be proposed to be changed or amended in accordance with international legal system for peace and better, understanding and smooth relationship among the international community of states. LRIP further intends to establish Development forums in the context of Pakistan better relations with the world regions, including central Asia, Gulf, Eastern Asia, South Asia, European Union, UK, North America, South America, Latin America, Australia, Russia and China. VISION Legal Research Institute of Pakistan has a vision to influence and persuade policy makers to evolve an international political culture of co existence for progress and development. LEGAL STATUS OF LRIP Legal Research Institute of Pakistan (LRIP) has been established in view of Article 17 of the constitution of Islamic republic of Pakistan and has been registered under the Societies Act.
