Organization for Educational Center (OEC) is an independent body of students of Gilgit-Baltistan, studying in leading universities, high schools, and secondary schools of Pakistan. The body has been established on 1st of November 2009. During the formation meeting the university students strongly felt and pin-pointed that immediate measures should be taken to bring and highlight the uncovered and unrevealed talent of remote areas of Gilgit-Baltistan.
