The Karachi Medical and Dental College is situated at Block "M" North Nazimabad with the attached hospital, Abbasi Shaheed Hospital. Construction of phase II of KMDC was initiated in july 2002 and has eventually brought all basic sciences together in the new campus. With the approval of the Governing Body, a Learning Resource Centre with modern information technology and skills labs was setup at the college and at Abbasi Shaheed Hospital. ABBASI SHAHEED HOSPITAL (Attached Teaching Hospital Located in Nazimabad) The Abbasi Shaheed Hospital, Karachi was completed at the cost of Rs. 2.5 crores on 7 acres of land in the heart of the city, in the year 1973, and was inaugurated on 2nd January, 1974 with 250 beds now it has a strength of 850 beds and counting where casualty service is available round the clock along with the medicolegal department. Besides this, there are 18 operation theatres in Surgical, Orthopedics, Eye, Gynae, Trauma Center etc. Laboratory, X-rays & CT Scan facilities are also available in the hospital. There are 67 posts of specialist doctors, 250 Medical Officers, Resident Medical Officers, 28 Senior Registrars and 1449 technical paramedical and other staff. The hospital also provides training facilities for general nursing and midwifery, laboratory technicians, X-ray technicians and OT technicians. Besides this, training to fresh medical graduates in the form of house job and postgraduate qualification to the RMO's is being provided. This training is recognized by the College of Physicians and Surgeons,Pakistan, for MCPS, FCPS Examinations and recognized for MRCOG by the Royal College of Obstetrician & Gynecologists, UK.

Chiniot Islamia Public School was established in 1986 under the patronage of Chiniot Anjuman Islamia , an organization dedicated to service of humanity especially the middle class in the field of education and health. The foundation stone of the building was laid in 1986 by Maj Gen Afzal Khan, the then Deputy Martial law administrator of Karachi zone. The school has now a purpose built building over an area of 2 × Acres of land on the main university Road . The institution is purely a service venture and is run on "Not for profit” Basis with the sole aim of imparting quality Education at an affordable cost. 1st batch of Matric consisting of 17 students appearing in 1991 100% result. Since then the school has stood to its reputation and produced excellent results consistently. The results of 2007 batch of class X was the best in the history of school. In a batch of 103 who appeared in the exam, 96 got A1 grade and 7 were placed in A grade. Our student Hassan Khan got Ist position in Matric Board exam amongst boys. From any standard this was an excellent result. Matric results of the last 21 years (1991-2011) bear testing to the high standard of our school. The school started with a humble strength of only 26 students in 1986, which by 2012 has risen to approximately 1800 students. During the year 2003 we started the Afternoon shift also for only the Boys in Primary classes. A total of 124 students were admitted during the Ist year. The same year girls students were also admitted in class VI in the morning shift on the request of parents. Year 2004 saw major academic uplift programmes, consisting of.
