Garra Rufa fish are known as the Dr Fish. As well as sucking off your dead skin the little experts also stimulate acupuncture points, helping to regulate the nervous system, relax you and release fatigue.
Garra Rufa fish are known for releasing the discomfort experienced with skin conditions such as eczema and Psoriasis. There is research to show that with repeated treatments these can be cured by the fish.
The Treatment
Firstly you will remove your shoes and wipe down your feet with a warm wet towel…
Then immerse your feet into a warm tank of toothless fish and prepare to be amazed as they get to work on your dry areas. Garra Rufa fish only consume dead skin, giving you a natural exfoliation. They also secrete a natural enzyme called saliva-diathanol, which is beneficial to the skin. The massaging action stimulates blood flow to the area helping your feet to feel fresh, rejuvenated and revived.
Following your treatment you will dry yourself and be offered cream to massage your feet.
Follow up treatments are advised every 10-14 days to keep your feet in tip top condition
