Allied Hospital, Faisalabad is a biggest Hospital situated in the third biggest city of Pakistan (Faisalabad). It is a tertiary care teaching hospital attached with Punjab Medical College Faisalabad and functioning under the control of Provincial Government of the Punjab Ministry of Health, Pakistan. Allied Hospital was established in 1986. Now it has a bed strength of 1400+ till July 2013. It has more than 20 major Departments and providing specialized facilities like Neurosurgery, Urology, Cardiology & Oncology etc. The Hospital has three professorial units of Medicine & Surgery each, Two of Gynaecology & ENT and one Dental Section. The other specialties includes Eye, Nephrology, Paed-Medicine, Paed-Surgery, Orthopaedics, Plastic Surgery, Physiotherapy, and Radiology. This Hospital has also 2 Emergency Wards of 100 bedded each, One for Surgery and One for Medicine which is fully equipped and running 24 hours. The Hospital is providing health care facilities to the 05 Million of people of Faisalabad City as well as about 15 million people of the adjacent districts of Faisalabad & Sargodha Division. In addition nearly 200 medical graduates & about 223 postgraduate scholars are being provided training facilities in different specialties. The hospital is providing outdoor facility to more than 5 Million patients every year and almost 2 Million patients are admitted in the indoors. .
